Plate-Loaded Hip Thrust Machine

Plate-loaded hip thrust machine with a black steel frame. It solves the problem of the barbell hip thrust: getting under the load, setting it and controlling it.

What sets it apart

• It isolates the glute with the hip and the spine supported through the whole range.
• Articulated backrest that follows the whole back and forces you to hinge at the hip, not at the lower back.
• Industrial-grade restraint belt and an oversized foot platform.
• Double safety mechanism on both sides, with a bottom stop.
• It takes resistance bands on its anchor points, to change the resistance curve.
